This week

Has been terrible. I've hardly used the LTT. Due to being busy but majority because I just can't find the motivation to do so.

I will try to start up again asap because it really is a good machine

(Anonymous): Don't give up

Don't give up. I think its worthwhile. Despite the mad DVD I am enjoying it. Finally found something that I can fit into my schedule and does not take up the whole day.

Have a goal. In my case its getting my blood pressure down so I can come off medication plus looking ok for my hols. What about you? Any goals. Lozza, Birmingham.

Hows it going? I was tempted to not go on today and stay longer in bed but I thought about my goals. I also made a discovery. I've got really flat feet and so I was getting aches across the non-arch area. I found today if I concentrated on pushing through the heel no pain. Yippee! Just thought I'd share this. See ya.

Peace.

I know the feeling, I've started to not do it when I wake up but after a few hours of doing other things then I use it, I'm in the unlucky situation where I don't have a job so quite a bit of free time in order to do it this kind of way but once I've got a job I don't know how I'm gonna feel doing after work.
Yeah I read a lot of people had problem with aches before I purchased it but I've always pushed through the heel and not locked out my knees and havn't had any problems at all. Have you had the dreaded squeak yet? I found that drowning the squeaky bits in a ocean of WD-40 sorted it and I havn't had a squeak since.

Sorry its been a while. Its been crazy organizing events (I'm a dj and promoter) and looking after my nieces. Been a bit on and off with the LTT - naughty me. Work stuff mainly but I don't beat myself up. I eat well, stay active and do the exercise when I can. Its all any of us can do. I've recently started the advanced programme. Its not too bad and I'm getting through it which is a surprise to me. Still enjoying it and I do miss it when I don't get round to it. My nieces think its a hoot and have had a laff doing the stepping or watching me sweating profusely!!!!!!!! I haven't had the squeak but I'll remember the wd40 tip if I do.

Anyway bye for now. Keep on keeping on and I hope work comes along sooner rather than later for you.

peace

(Anonymous): How's it all going

Just wondered how it is all going, as the log of how the LTT seems to have come to a grinding halt! IS it really all its cracked up to be?

Interested in buying it, so would love to have an update on whether or not the toned body is infact a realistic goal!

Well for me its been up and down. Life and all that but like I was saying I don't beat myself up. I think its a good machine and it does give you a good work out. I supposed if I kept it up each day then I would get buff but that ain't gonna happen. I wouldn't buy it from the inframercial as you can get it from bored folk at a better price from ebay or other sites online!

Peace

I bought one from a UK import store for about 40.00£ and it took almost a week to deliver. When it came one of the back foot pieces was broken and it was in a wet soggy box. I think the way it moves is a good concept however after the third time I used it broke. One of the metal bits has bent all the way in obstructing the feet from moving.[I am not that heavy I weigh 9 stone 3 pounds] It has been made so cheaply that I think it takes away from it ability.

I am so dissapointed. I must say it is is nothing like it was on TV, it is far bigger. It has always made the loudest squeaking noise as soon as you start on it. I was starting to see results after using it for 3 days for 40 minutes a day however now that it is broken I am not sure that I will buy another. They are very cheaply made. I would hate to have paid full price for it.

(Anonymous): do this

iv had the same problem with squeeking and have overcome it.
all that needs to be done is the metal rings under the footrests need to have wd40 on them so remove the footrest spray wd40 on them and screw back on,i did mine a month ago and its still going with no noise what so ever
i have the same motivation worries, just cant seem to do it even tho i realy desperatly want to,could you post your loss in weight?

(Anonymous): pedals not working

Hi guys,

I so want to enjoy LTT like you guys but mine doesn't work yet. I bought it from internet and got it just last week but the pedals seem to stuck. They don't move at all. Someone said we have to unlock it. How do we do that?

Hi

I've just found this journal and saw your post. You need to unscrew the knob on the end of the stick at the back (which sets how fast or slowly you want to step). I think it's clockwise for unscrewing and then move the lever thing to the fast position and see if that works?

(Anonymous): I JUST DUSTED MINE OFF AGAIN

Hey,
I was wondering if you still use yours? I've had mine for over 2 years, WOW actually, more like 4 years. I've never used it consistently, but I'm interested in hearing about the progress others have made.
