BioThis journal is used to display my use with the Lateral Thigh Trainer many would have seen on TV and others maybe have purchased. I will update the blog through my use with it, listing any problems I have and any benefits I recieve. Hopefully this may provide a point of reference to others thinking about buying the item.
I am a 22 year old male living in the UK.
Why am I doing this? As a project, for fun and also to help me get back to fitness after a bad 2006 due to operations on my feet which made my limited exercise amount to no exercise.
